Marie Maginity
Mina is the author of a Willie Loomis series where he is paired with an OC named Abigail, as they struggle to live a normal life entwined with Barnabas and his gang.
She is also the owner of Monster Critic, and dreams of one day launching the Monster Critic website where all can enjoy the classic and B horror movies of the past.
She has a BS in Engineering, and is a classical violinist.
She lives on a lake in the Midwest, has a husband, one daughter, and two dogs. Her regular day job has her traveling the country, and gives her a lot of time to read fanfic while waiting in airports.
Kyra Maginity has been an avid fanfiction reader of multiple fandoms for more than a decade.
Her experiences from the craziest of crackfics to some of the best pieces of literature she’s ever seen combined with an education in English literature has honed her instincts as an editor and beta.
These talents help her keep other authors from making the mistakes of their predecessors. Or she’s just pretty decent at finding other’s grammar mistakes. In either case, she helped Mad Margaret turn her Willie Loomis World Series into something presentable to the public, so there’s that, at least.
Marie Maginity is the author of the Willie Loomis World Series, writing under the name Mad Margaret. She also writesfor The Collinsport Historical Society and political blogs.
She has a BA in Theatre and works as a professional actor, director and drama teacher. She once conned her way into a newspaper job as a reporter and later became a proofreader, copy editor, feature writer and assistant editor.
She lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with one husband, two daughters and two cats.
